Bill Liesegang is a British Rock Guitarist, Songwriter and Producer. Specialising in live gigs and session work, he also writes and produces production music. He has worked with many artists considered to be the best in the business since the 1970's.
From beginning his career at 16 playing with David Bowie, to forming a band with Bruce Dickinson (Iron Maiden), his own band 'Xero', and touring the world with Nina Hagen, he has experience in the music industry from all angles. He has headlined many international festivals including Rock in Rio, Montreux Jazz, Roskilde, Fête de L'Humanité, Bumbershoot, Rock in Athens, Rock in Buenos Ares, San Remo Blues Festival and has toured the world many times over.
Working as a session musician internationally, he has written and played on many No.1 Hits over the decades - see 'Full Discography' below.
His own albums 'No Strings Attached' and 'Visual Surveillance of Extremities' demonstrate his skill and musicianship as a guitarist, and feature other world class musicians including Glenn Hughes (Deep Purple), John Wetton (Asia) and Thomas Lang amongst others.
His work in production music (Sync) is distributed by Universal, Sonoton, Focus, Atmosphere, Chapel of Rock and Media Tracks.
